The Double-D Review Spot

My friend and colleague David Bain and I are starting a review series where every week--the plan is every week. We'll see--we trade the chance to pick which movie, CD, book, whatever, we're going to review. Then we both write our reviews independantly and post them to our blogs.

This first week was Dave's pick. He chose the 1976 movie THE LITTLE GIRL WHO LIVES DOWN THE LANE.

Nice review Dennis. I remember watching this years ago and getting creeped out over it. I've forgotten most of it and your review makes me want to track it down again. Thanks for writing about the movie, I going to try and check it out.

Great little film with an awesome cast.

Amazon also has it, though it's weirdly expensive. And a couple of the online services seem to offer it, but I can seldom get those to work. Maybe you'll have better luck.

What happened to all of you at Necon? This thread has been up for two days, and NOBODY has made lewd comments about something called "The Double-D Review Spot"?

And the always eloquent Robert Dunbar didn't even come to the rescue. This is a sad, sad day.

I really should get my DVD player working again to watch some of these movies. One of my wife's God Movies is stuck in the darn thing rendering it useless, and it won't come out. I guess I should feel blessed.
