I've just finished the latest Midnight Eye novel

Last lots of edits just done, and Derek has told the full story to the best of his ability. Just a quick formatting shuffle tomorrow and off it will go to Black Death Books

This one is a werewolf novel, of sorts. It starts with Derek in his comfort zone in Glasgow, but leads him to the Canadian wilds, where neither the locals, nor the wildlife, have much respect for three-piece suits, Zippo lighters and silver cigarette cases.

Sent the new Midnight Eye novel off yesterday. It's safely in Black Death Books hands now until they decide whether they like it or not.

I now have a quandry. I have an idea for -another- Midnight Eye novel, involving the Great Old Ones, John Logie Baird, Glasgwegian heavies in nightclubs, and a zombified crowd at Ibrox Park. I know I'd have great fun writing that one.

Alternatively, I also have what I think is a good idea for a thriller, about skullduggery over an immortality wonder drug and test patients...

Decisions, decisions.

I'll have a few beers and mull it over... then I'll have a few more beers
