...but very proud. The day after tomorrow, my older daughter flies off to Texas to begin Air Force basic training. Don't know what we'll be doing today, but all I'll be thinking about is Tuesday. |

I passed that along, ttzuma, and thank you. Yes, I'm very proud. I spoke with her briefly. Her T.I. has only got on her case once, so far. That's not bad. Can't wait for her first bit of leave time. |

Happy to add that my daughter has graduated basic training, gone on to tech school, graduated that, and came home on leave for a while before heading off to her first duty station. It was wonderful having her home. Oh, and I'm writing regularly again. Nice to be regular. |

Thanks, ttzuma! She's really something -- between her and my younger daughter, they're a lot to give thanks for. I have a few stories out and about, just waiting for word. And I'm still looking for a publisher for my collection. HAPPY THANKSGIVING! |
