I'm proud as punch of this collection, which I consider a representation of the best of my work thus far. Unlike some collections, the original pieces included in are not there because they couldn't sell elsewhere, rather each of them was written specifically for the book. I hadn't planned for those stories to turn into novelettes and novellas, but such is life. Thankfully the publisher wasn't averse to the idea of a doorstop-sized book!
