Steve Vernon’s stories have appeared in such magazines and markets as The Horror Show, Cemetery Dance, Flesh & Blood, Hot Blood 13, Shivers V, Horror Garage, Dark Discoveries, Shroud, Karl Edward Wagner’s Year’s Best Horror and others. His regional ghost story collections, (Haunted Harbours, Wicked Woods and Halifax Haunts) and his children’s picture book (Maritime Monsters) have sold thousands of copies. Perhaps Tony was referring to the "revised and updated" Long Horn, Big Shaggy. |

Of course, Craig. I just wanted to make certain there wasn't any misconception. This is my baby we're talking about...(the book, not Tony). |

Man, I hate to play this song again - but Severed Press and I have come to a parting of the ways. There isn't anything I need to say here beyond that. There is no ill-will between myself or the company. Situations change and things move on. So, for now, Devil Tree is once more homeless. This also goes the revised reprinted edition of Long Horn, Big Shaggy, I'm afraid. |

Sorry for your disappointment tt. I am sure one day you will get to read Devil Tree. I should be able to give you some better news soon about some Tim Curran books that are in the pipeline. |
