By the way thanks for the horror world reviews.
Did you review this one?

I've reviewed most of Tim's books and a few of the short story anthologies he's been part of. And although I did read Resurrection, I decided not to review it.

I think new readers should start with the very best that author has to offer. Dead Sea, The Devil Next Door, Biohazard, Skin Medicine, The Death Panel (story), and Hive are all better places to start with Tim's work.

Readers who already know and love Tim's horror fiction will purchase Resurrection without hesitation.

That's great! I think Tim is one of the best horror author's out there and I purchase every single novel he releases. I am really looking forward to his future releases on Tasmaniac and Cemetery Dance also, both sound very exciting as I haven't read a whole heck of a lot of his short pieces. I guess I'm just a big fan of his, so if new fans are reading Resurrection and loving it that's great news!

As far as Resurrection goes, I loved the first portion of the novel, but I thought the rest needed some editing down. If I was asked to recommend one of Tim's novels to someone who was unfamiliar with his work, I would recommend Dead Sea first and then steer them to Skin Medicine, Biohazard, or Hive over Resurrection. I'm not knocking Resurrection, I have it in hardcover and it is one of the few books I've kept on the shelf, I just think if an editor had cut the book down by half, or make it a two parter, it would have been better served. But hey, that's just my opinion, and from what you are reading I must be in the minority, and there's nothing wrong with that in this case.

Thanks
Tt
